4、韭菜、小黃瓜內，放入辣椒粉、蒜泥、姜泥、蘋果泥、蝦醬、魚露、蜂蜜、鹽、糖、糯米糊，攪拌均勻放入容器中，密封，自然發酵，室溫在18度左右，約1-2日即可取出，放入辣椒裝飾，即可。
